Staging with Vibrant Colors

This 3bd/2.5ba is situated on one of the largest lots in this subdivision. It had the best views of Central Maui. The wall colors in this home was vibrant, warm and inviting just like the owners. As a home stage designer, neutralizing a palette is key. However, this was not an option. To get this home ready for the market, we were able to convince the owners to change just a few colors which helped the room look larger. With minimum furniture to start with, we rented a living and dining room set, and accented the rest of the home with plants, wall decor, area rugs, throw pillows and more. Decluttering and Depersonalizing

A sweet home with sweet owners! This 4bd/3ba home had a beautiful backyard that faced Waikapu Garden park. Prior to listing this home, the owners spent weeks decluttering and donated many items to Goodwill, the animal shelter, and other organizations. They also held garage sales on weekends and gave things away to friends. After the home was decluttered and depersonalized, we transformed this home by utilizing many of the owners furniture and linen. We popped the living room with a beautiful accent rug, placed a few plants around the home, and accented a few of the spaces with props. An offer was made on the first day of open house. Amazing!
