Our ‘Ohana
Meet our Maui ‘ohana. We live in Central Maui which is convenient for our busy family schedule with school, shopping, sports and other activities. Our family enjoys the outdoors year round while hiking, fishing, playing sports and lots of beach time. We are blessed to call Maui our home!
We support several non-profits on Maui including A Cup of Cold Water, Women helping Women, Feed my Sheep, Grace Bible Church and Goodwill Hawaii.
Acts 20:24 However, I consider my life worth nothing to me; my only aim is to finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me – the task of testifying to the good news of God's grace.

Leilani Bulosan Hearne
Born and raised on Maui I am familiar with the unique attributes, special nuances and benefits each area has to offer. With a background in Project Management, graphics & design, and hospitality, I am detail oriented, project driven, professional and conduct my business with Aloha. Growing up on Maui I have experienced first hand the different lifestyles each area has to offer.
I am passionate in sharing the island lifestyle with everyone I meet. I enjoy guiding and advising clients throughout the real estate process to realize their goals and dreams. With an eye for design, I love helping Sellers “set the stage” with staging and de-cluttering.
My lifestyle includes embracing and sharing the host culture while sharing the Aloha spirit. Maui is a great place to RAISE a family, RETURN home, or RELAX during retirement. From Mauka (mountain) to Makai (ocean), there's a perfect home for you.
Mike Hearne
Born in New Orleans, Louisiana and raised in the heat of the Arizona desert I landed on Maui in 2003. Experiencing the Maui Lifestyle was a dream come true. It was natural to embrace the Aloha Spirit, the culture and my love for the water and outdoors.
My prior life includes more than thirty years in operations and executive management of privately held retail companies that also owned commercial and private property. Planning, budgets, sales, leasing, contracts and negotiations are second nature to me. I enjoy helping others obtain their goals and objectives.
The island of Maui holds so many opportunities when it comes to real estate; investment properties, commercial properties, off grid vacant land, condo living and ocean front residences.
